What are greenwise choices?

Green Choices protect health by improving indoor air quality, ventilation, water quality, and toxicity.

Green Choices conserve water indoors with low flow faucets, showerheads, and high efficiency toilets and conserve water outdoors with proper irrigation and watering systems.

Green Choices add comfort and save energy and dollars by using energy efficient or low-e coated windows, adding insulation, sealing air leaks, buying Energy Star labeled appliances and energy efficient heating and cooling systems and adding daylighting and overhangs.

Green Choices support the environment and reduce greenhouse gases by using sustainable design, correct building orientation, trees placed for shade and windbreaks and native plants and shrubs.
